Michelle Almary

Michelle Almary obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the California State University of Los Angeles where she majored in Sociology with an emphasis in Law and Society. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School where she was a member of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. Her publications include: “The Necessity For a Permanent Disincentive: Examining The Use Of Chemical Weapons With A Focus On Syria's Civil War.” During her time in law school, Ms. Almary participated in the Southwestern Study Abroad program in London, England for International Entertainment Law, and worked as a law clerk at the Children’s Law Center, assisting in the representation of abused and neglected children. 

Ms. Almary joined the Odjaghian Law Group family as an attorney following her admission to the California State Bar in 2021 and her practice has focused exclusively on Workers’ Compensation Law and Traumatic Brain Injury litigation. She is passionate and aggressive in representing her clients and has achieved various favorable decisions from the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and California Court of Appeals with her attention to detail and superior writing skills.

When she is not working, Ms. Almary enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Theodore, traveling, and watching Jeopardy, Tennis, and Formula 1.
