I am writing this review on behalf of my son who sustained a traumatic brain injury at his place of employment back in 2009. We filed a lawsuit with another firm in 2010 without any results for six years. Tina Odjaghian Law Group was referred to me by an attorney that actually worked for a workers compensation insurance company. Now that should be enough said but I will go on. As soon as Tina agreed to take the case my son immediately got the care that he was refused by the insurance company. He also started getting wages and back pay. I could go on about other aspects of the case but know this, the case was settled in two years, in the meantime my son was getting the care that he so deserved and as I stated before, he was receiving wages. This review is not just for Tina, but for the whole firm.
