Tina Odjaghian, Founder of Tina Odjaghian Law Group in Los Angeles, California was recently selected as Top Attorney of the Year for 2021 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the legal industry.

Ms. Odjaghian specializes in traumatic brain injuries, that most often occur at the workplace.
Ms. Odjaghian has an impressive repertoire of prior roles including legal extern for the Honorable Judge Dickran Tevrizian of the U.S. District Court, Central District, where she gained knowledge in her profession and learned to negotiate complex multimillion-dollar settlements from her mentor. Her legal experience also consisted of a summer associate position for a reputable civil and insurance defense team. Furthermore, Ms. Odjaghian spent several years practicing employment defense law with an emphasis on workers compensation insurance defense before she opened her private practice.
As a prominent and respected TBI attorney, Ms. Odjaghian is recognized for her unique combination of medical expertise regarding brain injuries. She also has extensive experience in serious workers compensation, personal injury and construction accidents. Before beginning her current professional career path, Ms. Odjaghian earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. She is a certified course instructor licensed by the California Department of Insurance and she is very involved in the brain injury community. Ms. Odjaghian received her Mediation certification from LMU Center for Mediation and Disability Rights. She serves as a board member with the UCLA Department of Neurosurgery and Neurosciences and belongs to the Armenian Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Armenian Bar Association, where she was appointed to their Judicial Evaluation Committee. Ms. Odjaghian is a seasoned and celebrated legal professional who repeatedly serves on educational panels, speaks to doctors, nurses and fellow attorneys about the concussion protocol and nuances of litigating brain injury cases.
Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Odjaghian has received many awards, accolades and has been featured in numerous publications for her outstanding leadership and commitment to those she serves. This year she will be considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and was chosen as Top Attorney of the Year by the International Association of Top Professional (IAOTP). In past years, she was recognized in Los Angeles Magazine’s list of Southern California Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” for 2011, 2012, and 2013 and was consecutively featured as an “Outstanding Young Lawyer in Southern California.” For 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 Ms. Odjaghian received the honor of Super Lawyer in the Los Angeles Magazine’s list of Southern California’s Super Lawyers for the sixth consecutive year.

When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
