On July 5th, 2017, Applicant sustained traumatic brain injury (“TBI”) and multiple other injuries, including confirmed loss of consciousness for 15 minutes after the impact, after a 15’ fall from a ladder while working construction. Applicant sought workers’ compensation benefits and filed a workers’ compensation claim against E&L Construction.
