Evan McKinney

Evan McKinney is an associate attorney at Odjaghian Law Group where he practices workers’ compensation litigation.  Mr. McKinney earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University, with a major in Criminal Justice and minors in Sociology and Psychology.  He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he placed into the Top 16 of the 2013 Annual McNichols Moot Court Competition.  Prior to coming to Odjaghian Law Group, Mr. McKinney spent over six years practicing employment and labor law at a large firm in the Los Angeles area where he aggressively advocated for workers’ rights in various contexts including wage and hour violations, discrimination and harassment, and wrongful termination.  He now leverages his experience to fight for injured workers.
